The torque of the micromotor is an important reference factor. Brushless motors and DC motors Brushless motors are divided into two parts. Under the same conditions, the force of the brushless motor is greater than that of the brushed DC motor.
From the working principle of the original DC motor, the brush and the brushless are basically the same. The main difference is that the brushed DC motor uses mechanical commutation, while the brushless DC motor uses electronic commutation. Therefore, the force of the brushless DC motor will be greater than that of the brushed DC motor.
Brushless DC
Motor Features:
1. Small size, light weight and large torque;
2. Good torque characteristics, good medium and low speed torque, large starting torque and small current;
3. Covers the performance advantages of brushed DC motors, cancels the carbon brush structure, and has a longer service life, generally up to hundreds of thousands of hours;
4. Since there is no excitation loss and carbon brush loss, the efficiency of DC motors is much higher than that of carbon brushes.
5. Stepless speed regulation can be adopted, with strong overload capacity and wide speed regulation range;
The brushless DC motor has no mechanical brush device. It uses Hall sensors to replace the brushes and commutators. The material is NdFeB permanent magnet material, so it has advantages over brushed DC motors in terms of performance, high efficiency and energy consumption. Low noise, long life, high reliability, good servo control and other advantages, stepless frequency conversion speed regulation is the core advantage of brushless DC motors.
Although the performance of the brushless DC motor is better, the convenience of control is not as good as that of the brushed DC motor, the control is more complicated, and the cost is relatively high, so in the case that the brushed smart motor can meet the parameter requirements, most of them tend to choose Brushed DC motor.
